ID Cards

You will be assigned an ID number that can be used for both your medical and dental programs. Shortly after enrollment, you will receive a letter from Delta Dental with an ID card containing that number. You must give that ID number to your dentist in order to receive care. You may also use that number to register on this website to access secure areas containing your eligibility and claims information. If you have lost your ID card, you may obtain a replacement by logging in and printing a new card, or you may contact Delta Dental’s Customer Service department at 800-765-6003.

Finding a Delta Dentist

University of California, Berkeley Students will usually save more with a Delta Dental PPO dentist than with a Delta Dental Premier or out-of-network dentist. Use our online Find a Dentist search to locate a dentist convenient to your home or school.
