The AARP Dental Insurance Plan
is a dental PPO. However, unlike some PPO plans, you
have the choice to visit any licensed dentist, anywhere
in the world. Our program dentists are a select group
of Delta Dental dentists who agree to provide treatment to
you at reduced fees, which means your share of the
bill will likely be lower. Therefore, while you do
have flexibility in choosing a dentist with this plan,
you maximize your benefits when visiting a Delta Dental program
dentist.
With the AARP Dental Insurance
Plan, there are a number of benefits you will enjoy.
You will receive the freedom to choose any licensed
dentist, lower out-of-pocket costs, claims convenience,
the largest dentist network, and the benefit of most
pre-existing conditions being covered. Click
here for more information.
You get great coverage for dental
services. By joining the AARP Dental Insurance Program,
you'll benefit from diagnostic and preventive services,
including two annual cleanings, along with restorations,
oral surgery, denture repairs and relines and endodonticts
(root canals) during the first year.
After 12-months of consecutive
enrollment, your benefits expand to include periodontics,
crowns and prosthodontics (bridges, partials and dentures).
You can enroll any or all eligible
family members and you'll have the reassurance of
working with Delta Dental, one of the most trusted
names in the dental insurance industry.
Check, money order, Visa, MasterCard and American
Express are all acceptable methods of payment. For
added convenience, you may set up an automatic checking
account electronic funds transfer (EFT) for a monthly
payment. If you select quarterly, semi-annual or annual
payments, you will receive an invoice by mail.
