Delta Dental Insurance Company maintains the confidentiality of Enrollee information. Personal information that may be obtained through the use of our Web services is not disclosed to other companies, other than AARP Services, Inc. for marketing purposes, and eligibility and dental benefit information is released only to authorized individuals. While certain Web pages may contain links to other related Web sites, Delta Dental Insurance Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such sites.

Delta Dental may engage in online advertising. In the course of tracking the results of such advertising, Delta Dental does not collect any personally identifiable data, such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail address ("PII") from Internet users with respect to such online advertising products. We may use technology such as click-stream, cookies, Web beacons, log files and HTTP protocol elements to collect general data on the performance of our advertising campaigns so we can report aggregated results. This data is collected on an anonymous and non-personally identifiable basis. The non-personally identifiable information that Delta Dental collects may include, as an example, IP address, browser types, operating systems, domain names, access dates and times, referring Website addresses, online transactions, and browsing and search activity ("Non-PII"). Web site users will not be identified with this information.

We may share certain non-health information with AARP and AARP Services, Inc. to allow them to analyze members' needs and interests generally. AARP Services, Inc. may also share your non-health information with other AARP service providers in order, for example, to inform you of other AARP member benefits and services that may be of interest to you.

If you do not want AARP Services, Inc. to share your member information with AARP service providers, and you do not want to receive promotional mailings from these AARP service providers, you may call AARP at 1-800-424-3410, or Delta Dental Insurance Company at 1-866-261-4275.

The plan is insured by Delta Dental Insurance Company (Policy DDIC1230) in AK, AL, DC, DE, FL, GA, LA, MD, MS, MT, NV, NY, PA, PR, TN, TX, UT, VI and WV, by Dentegra Insurance Company (Policy DIC1230) in AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, VA, VT, WA, WI and WY, and by Dentegra Insurance Company of New England (Policy DICNE1230) in MA. For Texas residents your Master Policy Form number is TX-AMD-MC-DPO-D-DC(DELTAUSA1-2005). Delta Dental Insurance Company pays a royalty fee to AARP for use of the AARP intellectual property. Amounts paid are used for the general purposes of AARP and its members. Neither AARP nor its affiliate is the insurer. AARP and its affiliate are not insurance agencies or carriers and do not employ or endorse insurance agents, brokers, representatives or advisors. AARP does not recommend health related products, services, insurance or programs. Insurance products carrying the AARP name are intended to be competitive products and may not be the lowest priced products. You are strongly encouraged to evaluate your needs.
