- Cost savings – Predetermined fees and no balance billing
- Customer service – 75 million claims per year, with 99 percent accuracy
- Delta Dental’s community service – Oral health grants, scholarships and educational programs

Customized Videos to Explain Dental Benefits to Enrollees
For groups with 100 or more enrollees, Delta Dental offers customized videos to explain how your plan works, who is eligible and plan details such as the coinsurance levels, deductibles and annual maximum. Enrollees also learn about services that are available on Delta Dental’s website and other useful information to make the most of their dental benefits.
The videos are available for Delta Dental Premier®, Delta Dental PPOSM, DeltaCare® USA and dual choice plans on CD or DVD format. The videos are also available in Spanish. A customized video takes about two weeks to complete. This service is free for the first few copies; there is a nominal charge for volume orders.
