E-mail postcards to your clients
To send any one of the postcards below as an e-mail, please do the following. (Internet Explorer and Microsoft Outlook required.)
- Check your message format in Outlook. It should be set to HTML. Go to the Tools menu, select Options, and click the Mail Format tab. Select HTML from the Message format drop-down menu.
- Select a postcard by clicking one of the links below.
- In the File menu of Internet Explorer, select Send > Page by E-mail.
- Change the subject line of your e-mail.
- Click on the gray horizontal bar above the graphic and delete it.
- Type the addressees in the To field. (You may want to send yourself a test e-mail first.)
- Press Send.
