Minimal paperwork and hassle
Unlike with many other dental plans, with DeltaCare® USA plans, you don't need to submit claims for most services.
Dental Emergencies
For dental emergencies or specialty care, you may need to submit a claim for reimbursement. These must be received within 90 days from the date emergency services were received. Valid claims will be reviewed after 90 days if you can show that it was not reasonably possible to submit the claim within that time and the claim is submitted as soon as possible. However, all claims must be received within one year of the treatment date.
