Delta Dental does not authorize or deny services provided by your assigned Contract Dentist. All Benefits provided by your assigned Contract Dentist are in accordance with dental care guidelines which establish the standard of care to be
followed by Contract Dentists. Delta Dental's processing policies and the dental care guidelines are reviewed by Delta Dental's dental advisory committee and updated as needed.
