When can I start using my plan?
Coverage is effective the first day of the following month after enrollment is approved and payment is received.
If you enroll after the 21st day of the month your plan will become effective the first day of the second month. (For example, if you sign up on August 24th your coverage will be effective on October 1st.)
To receive dental care, simply schedule an appointment with your assigned dentist after your plan effective date. You will pay an office visit fee and the listed copayments for the treatment you receive.
