| If you believe you have a Special Health Care Need, you should contact Delta Dental's Customer Service department at (800) 422-4234. Delta Dental will confirm that a Special Health Care Need exists, and what arrangements can be made to assist you in obtaining such Benefits. Delta Dental shall not be responsible for the failure of any Contract Dentist to comply with any law or regulation concerning structural office requirements that apply to a Dentist treating persons with Special Health
Care Needs. |
