Cook Children’s Health Plan (CCHP) became effective on September 1, 2007 and covers certain preventative, restorative and major dental services. CCHP seeks to provide dental coverage for pregnant women aged 21 and older. There are no co-payments and the program has a $250 maximum for basic coverage.
