Smiles covered ... Worldwide.
Needing dental care when you’re in a foreign country isn’t a travel experience you plan on, but Delta Dental makes it easy for enrollees to find a dentist from Austria to Zimbabwe – and just about anywhere in the world.

What’s in your medicine cabinet?
Does your dentist know what's in your medicine cabinet? If you haven’t talked to your dentist lately about what medications you’re taking, you should. From antihistamines to blood pressure regulators, many medications can cause side effects that negatively affect oral health.

New guidelines: antibiotics and dental visits
New American Heart Association guidelines say that taking a precautionary antibiotic before a trip to the dentist isn’t necessary for most people and that practicing daily oral hygiene is more important in reducing the risk of heart infections.
