When you call I-SOS from outside the U.S., you must first dial the international dialing code(s) from the area you are located in, including the US country code. Then dial (215) 942-8226. Tell the I-SOS operator that you’re a Delta Dental enrollee and that you’re calling collect. Any dentist-related issues should be directed to I-SOS.
