  • CareAdvantage (HMO) is a special program offered by the Health Plan of San Mateo that combines Medicare and Medi-Cal benefits into one simple plan. Dental Services covered include: diagnostic, preventive and restorative dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, crown and bridge work, and dentures.

  • Napa, Solano and Yolo Counties
  • PartnershipAdvantage (HMO SNP) is a Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan offered by Partnership HealthPlan of California (PHC). Residents of Yolo, Napa and Solano counties who have both Partnership Medi-Cal and Medicare A & B are eligible for this program. Members enrolled in this program receive comprehensive dental benefits through Delta Dental.
