Delta Dental Insurance Company is pleased to offer you a quality dental benefits plan: the Delta Dental PPO plan. While you can choose either the High Option or Low Option plan, both are part of Delta Dental's Delta Dental PPO plan.

Should you change from the Low Option to the High Option Plan, a 12 month waiting period is required for Major Services.

You can select either the High Option or Low Option plan; both are Delta Dental PPO plans. You also have a third option: the Schedule plan.

You can now print a customized ID card. Sign in to our online services (located in the shaded area located on the left side of this page) after your effective date to print an ID card and view your benefits and eligibility.
