Delta Dental PPO is a preferred provider organization (PPO) program. This program is offered by Delta Dental of California, one of the nation's largest and most experienced dental benefits carriers. With this program, you have flexibility in choosing a dentist and can change your dentist at any time. You will receive the highest level of benefits when seeing a Delta Dental dentist, but you can also choose to go out-of-network. The PPO plans offers comprehensive benefits including implants and additional cleanings for high risk patients.
Delta Dental Premier is a managed fee-for-service program. This program is offered by Delta Dental of California. You will receive the highest level of benefits when seeing a Delta Dental dentist, but you can also choose to go out-of-network.
Effective January 1, 2011 the DeltaCare USA plan will no longer be offered to members in the following counties: Butte, Merced, San Luis Obispo, Shasta, Sutter, Humboldt.
DeltaCare USA is a dental health maintenance association that offers a large network of carefully screened dentists. DeltaCare USA offers comprehensive benefits, including orthodontia and easy referrals to specialists.
