Delta Dental is pleased to welcome IATSE National Health & Welfare
Fund Participants to the Delta Dental benefit web site. Effective March 1, 2007, your dental plan will be administered by Delta Dental.
| Effective October 1, 2007, IATSE is introducing the C3 Plan – an additional fee schedule for diagnostic and preventive services only. |
|
The IATSE National Health & Welfare Fund, through Delta Dental, will continue to pay dentists up to the Plan’s current schedule of allowances. And
you will continue to pay out-of-pocket the difference up to the dentist’s charge for the dental procedure rendered.
Your dental plan gives you the freedom to visit any licensed dentist. However, to maximize your benefits you are encouraged to seek care with a Delta Dental dentist. Typically, you receive the highest level of savings from Delta Dental PPO dentists, as their contracted fees are generally lower than those of non-PPO dentists.
If you choose a dentist who is not in the PPO network, your best choice is a Delta Dental Premier dentist. Although the fees of Delta Dental Premier dentists are generally higher than the fees of PPO dentists, Delta Dental Premier dentists cannot charge you more than their Delta Dental allowed fees.
The web site is designed to provide you with a summary of the information you will need to make the right dental benefit selection for you and your family.
If you are a Delta Dental enrollee, you have the ability to sign on to our secure system and check your individual patient benefits, eligibility and claims information. To do so, please enter your user name and password or sign up through the user log-in.
