In the absence of fraud or intentional misrepresentation made by you in the enrollment application, all statements made in that application are representations and not warranties. The statements are considered to be truthful and made to the best of your knowledge and belief. A statement may not be used to void, cancel or non-renew your coverage or reduce Benefits unless:
- it is in a written enrollment application signed by you, and
- a signed coy of the enrollment application is or has been furnished to you or your personal representative.
