With DeltaCare USA, you select a primary care dentist from the DeltaCare USA network at the time of enrollment. The DeltaCare USA network consists of contact dentists who have been carefully screened to ensure that the standards of quality, access, and safety are maintained. You’ll need to go to the contract dentist you select to receive DeltaCare USA benefits.
When you visit your dentist, you pay only the applicable copayment for the covered treatment. If you require treatment from a specialist, your primary care dentist will coordinate your specialty care needs with an approved specialist for:
