For large groups, Delta Dental offers a variety of features and benefit plan designs so that employers can tailor our products to meet their needs. These include:
- Flexible dual choice options with one blended premium that allow enrollees to switch between plan options monthly.
- Customizable out-of-network reimbursement percentiles and benefit levels.
- Buy-up or high/low plan designs that allow enrollees to "buy-up" to coverage with richer benefits.
- A variety of premium contribution levels from fully employer paid to voluntary (entire premium paid by employee).
- Various funding options from fully-insured to administrative services only contracts.
- D & P Maximum Waiver® option – an option available with our fee-for-service plans that encourages preventive care and stretches employee maximums.
- Orthodontic treatment in progress coverage (standard for DeltaCare® USA contracts).
- Coverage for dental implants as a standard benefit (can be excluded from coverage at client request).
