Welcome to Delta Dental!

DeltaCare® USA2 will become your new dental health maintenance organization (DHMO) carrier. These dental plans are available to State of Texas agency and higher education employees, retirees and their eligible family members.

Important information for employees currently enrolled in an ERS dental plan

You will transition to Delta Dental automatically on September 1, 2019. You do not need to take any action to stay enrolled in your plan. You will need to make sure your dentist is in your plan’s network. Visit the Find a dentist page to check. Delta Dental dentists should not require an ID card. You and your enrolled dependents will not receive a new ID card in the mail. Review the Where’s My ID Card (PDF, 421 KB) flyer for more information on what you should provide to your dentist office for verification of coverage and claims.
