Choose your primary care dentist

Select a skilled primary care dentist from the DeltaCare USA network.1 Your primary care dentist will provide most of your treatment and coordinate any necessary specialist referrals.2

You can change your DeltaCare USA dentist at any time.3 (Changes requested by the 21st of the month are effective the first day of the following month.) You and your covered dependents are not required to select the same network dentist.4
