If your dentist is unavailable due to a declared state of emergency, please contact Delta Dental Customer Service at the applicable telephone number below or through this online form. We will make sure that you do not owe unreasonable costs at an out-of-network dentist. We will also reimburse out-of-network claims for Medicare and Medicaid enrollees.
