Individual plan brochures
Give your clients the details on how the plans work and what they cover. Share these state- and plan-specific brochures with your clients.
Receiving credit for your sales
Make sure you get credit for your sales. The easiest way is by sharing your unique individual Delta Dental broker link, which you may have already received from us. The link will lead your individual clients directly to our instant quoting and enrollment flow. Because it’s tied to your broker number, we’ll know to credit the sale to you when your clients enroll. Share your unique individual link in proposals, brochures, emails or even your website!
If you do not have your unique broker link or need more guidance, please reach out to us by emailing email@example.com or calling 866-760-4080.
Another way to get credit
On the online enrollment application, tell clients to click “Yes” under the question “Are you working with an insurance agent or broker?” They should then enter your broker number in the Broker Number field.
On the manual paper application (PDF, 138 KB), tell your clients to provide your information, including your broker number in the Agent/Producer Information section.

(This will take you to our general quoting/enrollment flow, which requires your broker number to be typed in for sales credit. Remember to use your unique individual broker link when sharing quotes with your clients.)
