This refreshing snack is healthy, fun and easy to make. Add some flavor to your lunch, or serve it as an appetizer at your next party.
- Hummus or Greek yogurt
- Ham, turkey or other deli meat
- Use a vegetable peeler to cut the cucumber into thin long slices. Chop up the chives, and cut the deli meat of your choice into long strips about the same width as the cucumber slices. Apply a layer of hummus or Greek yogurt to each cucumber slice, sprinkle with chives, and lay the slice of meat on top. Carefully roll up each strip, using a toothpick to secure.
