Fresh Vegetable Platter with Dip
With crisp, fresh vegetables (for antioxidants and vitamin C) and calcium-rich yogurt or sour cream, this dish does double duty for healthy teeth.
Recipe
- Dip:
- 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt or low-fat sour cream
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- Dash of garlic salt
- Veggies:
- Carrots, celery, cucumbers, mushrooms, green onions, sweet peppers, radishes, tomatoes, broccoli
- Instructions:
- Combine ingredients for dip and chill. Cut up assorted vegetables and arrange attractively on a tray.
