Fresh Vegetable Platter with Dip

Vegetable platterWith crisp, fresh vegetables (for antioxidants and vitamin C) and calcium-rich yogurt or sour cream, this dish does double duty for healthy teeth.

Recipe

Dip:
8 ounces low-fat cream cheese
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt or low-fat sour cream
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
Dash of garlic salt

Veggies:
Carrots, celery, cucumbers, mushrooms, green onions, sweet peppers, radishes, tomatoes, broccoli

Instructions:
Combine ingredients for dip and chill. Cut up assorted vegetables and arrange attractively on a tray.
